ECB Specialist Coach is a coach education programme and qualification for coaching in talent pathway, performance, professional and international environments in England and Wales.
The programme has been designed to build on your experiences to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to challenge existing thinking and beliefs about cricket coaching and develop specialist areas of expertise that can be used when coaching individuals, units and teams.
Recruitment for ECB Specialist Coach is via an annual application and selection process.
Who is it for?
Coaches working with players and teams in talent pathway, performance, professional and international environments that hold the ECB Advanced Coach qualification or equivalent.
